SPDR Gold Trust Shares (NYSE: GLD) As gold once again dropping into $1300 per ounce, reaching its 52w low again, GLD experienced a bearish MACD Crossover with increasing volume during red days. I confidently believe that the downtrend of GLD is very strong, and Gold will hit $1000 per ounce by the end of 2013 if it continues making new lows.

Oracle Corp. (NASDAQ: ORCL) has about to fully filled its gap formed in March. If ORCL cross above $35.5, it will signals a strong uptrend ahead of us.

Yelp Inc. (NYSE: YELP) is under a flag formation. Since bearish MACD is around the corner, I think there might not be a break above. The pattern on prices and MACD are similar to ones YELP had in March and April, therefore, pulling back to $28.00 or even 50SMA level should not be surprising.
