Stocks to watch for this week: NFLX, ZNGA, DDD, APP, USO, TYC

Netflix, Inc (NASDAQ: NFLX) has been dropping 7 trading days in a row with big volume. Bearish MACD crossover. It seems to be that NFLX is falling part in the short run. It should be no surprise to see NFLX dropping to $140 before showing some support and bounce-back.

Zynga, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZNGA) is holding well above MA(50) as well as MA(200) after breaking above a short term downtrend with great volume. Get reason for even more action as Bullish MACD crossover is around the corner. Since $4.0 would be a great resistance, I suggest to have a limit order set to liquidate partial positions at that price.

3D Systems Corp (NYSE: DDD) shows some support from 50-period moving average on WEEKLY chart.  DDD has been dropping crazily recently, trade with a stop order. I suggest a stop just below $27.88.

United States Oil Fund, LP (NYSE: USO) Similar to what I have discussed about USO on March 20's post,  I think USO is undergoing Elliot Wave C, which is the biggest and longest drop in the Elliot Theory. USO has crossed below MA(50) as well as MA(200) and had a bearish MACD crossover last Friday. I target $30.00 in a month.

American Apparel, Inc, (AMEX: APP) has been getting more attention and volume since March. Pennant pattern shown on chart and APP is falling on decreasing volume. Get reason for a breakabove and huge move. I target $2.80 for now.

Tyco Intl Ltd (NYSE: TYC) shows a double/triple top pattern. It crosses below MA(50) again. Bearish MACD Crossover. Still not very bearish to make shorting it a good trade, but I suggest stockholders liquidating their shares for now.
